Vous pouvez aussi manger des barres \u00e9nergisantes, vous en trouverez facilement dans le commerce.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous fumez, sachez que la cigarette r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement votre souffle et vous freine donc in\u00e9vitablement dans la pratique d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 sportive.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement am\u00e9liorer votre endurance par le mental, arr\u00eatez de vous d\u00e9valoriser et vous dire que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas capable de monter par exemple cette c\u00f4te en courant, vous serez \u00e9tonn\u00e9 de voir qu&rsquo;avec une bonne pr\u00e9paration mentale vous r\u00e9ussirez.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;endurance am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par la pratique de l&rsquo;aquabiking<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;aquabiking vous permettra d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre endurance, sa pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re vous apportera en effet une <a href=\"\/articles\/laquabike-pour-la-remise-en-forme\/\">meilleure forme physique<\/a> d\u00e8s le premier mois.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9daler dans l&rsquo;eau est plus ludique que p\u00e9daler sur le goudron, vous allez ainsi remodeler et <strong>sculpter votre silhouette<\/strong>, notamment les cuisses, les abdos et les fesses.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, cela permettra d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement votre endurance, lorsque vous p\u00e9dalez vous travaillez sur votre souffle et sollicitez de nombreux muscles. Le but en sport n&rsquo;est pas de faire un effort physique pendant 1h30 et ensuite d&rsquo;abandonner et d&rsquo;en refaire un un mois plus tard, mais au contraire de <strong>pratiquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/strong> une activit\u00e9 sportive qui vous pla\u00eet.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9voyez-vous id\u00e9alement <strong>deux s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;aquabiking par semaine<\/strong> et votre endurance en sera nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.
