C&rsquo;est parti !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 Exercices d&rsquo;Aquagym pour raffermir les Bras et les \u00c9paules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. La Godille Invers\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Debout dans l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;aux \u00e9paules, tendez les bras de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. D\u00e9crivez de grands cercles avec les bras vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re en godillant. Alternez le sens toutes les 30 secondes.<br>Dur\u00e9e : 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Les Halt\u00e8res Aquatiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Munissez-vous d&rsquo;halt\u00e8res aquatiques. Bras le long du corps, remontez les coudes \u00e0 90\u00b0 en inspirant puis tendez les bras vers le bas en soufflant. Le Push-pull Aquatique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Face au bord, mains sur la paroi, tendez les jambes derri\u00e8re vous. Pliez et tendez les bras en rapprochant le buste de la paroi. Les Ciseaux Bras-Jambes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Debout, fentes avant avec la jambe droite puis avec la gauche. Simultan\u00e9ment, tendez les bras dans la direction oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 la jambe. L&rsquo;Abduction \u00e0 la Frite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez une frite entre les chevilles. Debout, levez lat\u00e9ralement la jambe droite puis la gauche. Maintenez les abdos serr\u00e9s pour rester stable.<br>R\u00e9p\u00e9titions : 3 s\u00e9ries de 24 (12 par jambe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Les Fentes Saut\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En fente avant, sautez pour changer de jambe en pliant bien les genoux. Levez les bras au-dessus de la t\u00eate pour plus d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9. Les Ciseaux de Jambes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos contre le bord, bras en appui. Levez les jambes \u00e0 45\u00b0 et croisez-les alternativement en ciseaux, le plus vite possible.
